Location: Kadayam, Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a secure, secure, and comfortable living setting for students. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain discipline and student welfare.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
Manage student check-in/check-out and room allotments.
Maintain hostel attendance and resident records.
Address student concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with the administration, parents, and staff regarding student welfare.
Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, and hostel facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.




Organize hostel meetings and student engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and institutional policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Warden, or in student administration is an advantage.
Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and record maintenance).
