Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Drive product promotion and brand awareness among healthcare specialists.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

Qualifications
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 3+ years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company
Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
