Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
Manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, from concept to handover.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and procurement strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQ ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Negotiate contracts, procurement of materials, and manage cost control.
Raising invoices on regular basis.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure that all projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.




Oversee site inspections and audits to monitor quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations and building codes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff.
Foster a team-oriented and motivated work setting to achieve project goals.
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Diploma.
10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Corporate interior fit-out projects for commercial projects.
Knowledge of interior design, materials, and construction methods.
Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
