Job Description
Assure Achieving Qualitative & Quantitative production per Shift / Daily Production Plan targets
Ensure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy (Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)
Allocation of Operators & Setters considering the availability & Skill level
Assure Setters and Operators Efficiency Monitoring & recording data
Conformance to Production Work Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
Ensure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
Assuring to Meet Agreed OEE Target through Monitoring, Initiating actions and follow-up and Reporting the impacts
Work together with Interfunctionals Viz., Engineering, Quality, Tooling & Maintenance to identify Production Risk and Mitigate
Assuring Engineering Documents and Records Availability
Drive Kaizen (Safety, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.)
