Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates from portals like social media, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with department heads.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Prepare offer letters and follow-up with selected candidates.




Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
