Drive sales and collections for the EV (3W) finance business in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly loan disbursal, sales, and collection targets for the branch.
Onboard, manage, and support dealers to grow business.
Lead, guide, and monitor Branch Managers (BMs) and Field Officers (FOS) to achieve their targets.
Track collection performance and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers and customers.
Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with the Credit and Operations teams.
Follow company policies and maintain positive portfolio quality.
Review team performance regularly and provide coaching to improve results.
Identify current business opportunities and help expand the branch business.
