Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Operator for our press filter operations at Shyam Sel Power Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of press filters, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor press filter equipment to ensure efficient operation
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities
Train and mentor junior operators as needed
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
Qualifications: High school,
I.T.I or equivalent; technical certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating press filters or similar equipment Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary
