Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to ensure high-quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
Robust knowledge of healthcare operations, including billing, claims processing, and patient care coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO is an added advantage.
