Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales and service operations across India in the power and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain solid client relationships with Power Plants, O&M; teams, and Utility providers.
Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Develop sales strategies, proposals, and contracts in line with company goals.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
Travel extensively to client locations across India.
Requirements
Engineering Degree (mandatory).
8–10 years of proven sales and service experience in the power plant / industrial sector.
Solid background in Power Plant and Turbine Service (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
