Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end plant operations.
Achieve production and dispatch targets.
Optimize productivity and plant efficiency.
Minimize wastage, downtime, and production losses.
Ensure FSSAI, GMP, GHP & HACCP compliance.
Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory, yields, and cost control.
Lead and manage production manpower.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment uptime.
Maintain statutory compliance and workplace safety.
Prepare production reports and MIS.
Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
