Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate, well-groomed, and dynamic Phlebotomist cum Receptionist to join our diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our facility, efficiently managing patient check-ins, billing, and scheduling, while also performing high-quality venipuncture and sample collection.

Responsibilities :

Front Desk & Reception Duties -
Greet patients and visitors in person or over the phone in a warm, skilled manner.
Answer routine inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate lab testing times.
Manage patient registration, data entry, and update records in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment in the reception and waiting areas.

Phlebotomy & Clinical Duties :
Determine the best venipuncture or capillary puncture method based on patient age and health.
Comfort and reassure anxious patients during the blood draw process.




Accurately label all specimens, track collected samples, and process them for testing.
Maintain optimal infection control, sterilization of equipment, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
Monitor laboratory supply inventory and inform management of low stock.

Qualifications :
Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), B.Sc. in MLT, or a certified Phlebotomy course.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience in phlebotomy and/or medical reception work.
Skills: Solid communication, excellent eye-hand coordination, and proficient basic computer skills.
Soft Skills: Empathetic, highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask seamlessly between clinical and administrative duties.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
