Performance Test Engineer

THE ROLE:

Test Perform is seeking a Performance Test Specialist.



You will have the desire to take on a hands-on role and have a real interest in team development. Ideally, you will also have some experience within a collaborative Agile/Scrum workplace and have an interest in best practice performance testing.

Skills/Experience:
Technical Performance Tester with 5+ years experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid consulting and stakeholder management skills
Load testing, performance testing, stress testing utilising the Micro Focus LoadRunner suite (Professional / Cloud / Enterprise) and open source tools
Ability to explain the value and processes of performance testing to projects
Provide well written documentation and the provision of performance test plans and test summary reports to stakeholders
Ability to provide expert performance testing advice, guidance, offer suggestions, etc. and be seen as a performance testing subject matter expert within the team

Bonus Experience:
Experience with application and database performance tuning / engineering
Knowledge of performance testing with CI/CD
Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure
