We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations within a quick-paced logistics environment. The role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate closely with transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and stock movement using WMS/ERP systems
Plan and optimize warehouse space and workflow for efficiency
Ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and quality standards
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors
Handle daily operational issues and resolve delays or discrepancies
Prepare operational reports on inventory, productivity, and KPIs
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in warehouse management within the logistics industry
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules
Good communication and coordination skills
