Documentation & Proposals: Handle customer queries, create detailed quotations, process solar loan files, and manage net metering/subsidy documentation.
Coordination: Align site surveys with technical teams and schedule installation logistics.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and provide after-sales service.
Reporting: Track project progress, maintain customer records, and update CRM tools. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
