Job Title: DM Plant Operator

Job Summary: The DM Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Demineralization (DM) plant to ensure the production of high-quality demineralized water. The operator will monitor plant processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the DM plant equipment and processes
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance
Report any abnormalities or incidents to the supervisor

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred




Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of chemical dosing and water treatment processes
Ability to work in a team workplace
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if required
