We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager with 5–6 years of experience to oversee daily business operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading a team of 20 or more employees, ensuring productivity, process efficiency, and timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ employees to achieve operational goals.

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day business operations.

Monitor team productivity, performance, and resource utilization.

Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with Client Servicing, Development, Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing teams.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings with team leaders.

Track project progress and resolve operational challenges.

Prepare operational reports, MIS, dashboards,



and performance metrics for management.

Handle client escalations and support cross-functional issue resolution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
