Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing CVs for various industries from Naukri, Shine portal for Third Party/Deputation.
2. Understanding client requirement and sourcing CVs accordingly.
3. Co-ordination interviews with candidates.
4. Negotiating salary with the candidates.
5. Handling documentation and on boarding of the selected candidates.
6. Co-ordination timesheets every month with the candidates.
7. Handling candidate grievances and resolving them.
Joining period – Immediate/1 week.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
