Job Summary:
Responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining computer systems, networks, hardware, and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, emails, and system access.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Perform data backups, system updates, and security patching.
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of IT support experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
