Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using ACLs, HRSd, Prompt Engineering, REST APIs etc.
Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
