Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can gather business requirements, analyze data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and be comfortable working with data, reports, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Analyze data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate business insights.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
Identify business risks, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.




Required Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
Good knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Basic understanding of Python is an advantage.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, and process flow diagrams.
Qualifications
MBA (Business Analytics/Finance/Operations/Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
Freshers with relevant skills or candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Solid presentation and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Working Days & Timings
6 Days Working
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Hari Nagar Be Block, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
