Roles and Responsability
Floor Operations: Execute daily production schedules, assign tasks to workers, and ensure assembly lines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
Team Management: Train, schedule, and motivate shift personnel. Address performance issues, and ensure all team members adhere to attendance policies.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor products for defects to meet company and customer specifications. Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily production logs, material usage records, and efficiency reports. Communicate equipment or scheduling discrepancies to the Production Manager.
Troubleshooting: Identify production bottlenecks, assist with equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick repairs.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related Engineering field.
Experience: 0 to 3+ years in a manufacturing or supervisory environment (fresh graduates with robust leadership capabilities often qualify for entry-level assistant roles).
Skills: Robust problem-solving, basic computer proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical & Work Workplace: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying shift patterns, and perform hands-on work on the production floor when necessary.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
