Generate international business leads through B2B portals, LinkedIn, trade fairs, referrals, and market research as part of the Business Development Executive role.
Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders through effective follow-up, negotiation, and international sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and agents.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and export contracts with international customers.
Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics partners, and customs agents.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, APEDA, Customs, and destination country import/export regulations.




Track shipments and provide timely updates to international customers.
Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, documentation issues, and payment follow-ups.
Identify recent international markets and expand the customer base.
Monitor international rice market trends, competitor activities, and identify current export prospects.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly international sales and export reports.
Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth execution of export orders.
Achieve monthly and annual international sales, export business, and lead conversion targets.
