Formex Tech Solutions is a structural engineering company providing Rebar Detailing, Rebar Estimation, Structural Drafting, BIM Modeling, and Construction Engineering Services to clients across the USA and Canada.

Job Responsibilities
Learn and prepare Rebar Shop Drawings.
Read and interpret Structural & Architectural Drawings.
Perform Rebar Quantity Estimation and Bar Bending Schedules.
Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams.
Deliver projects while maintaining quality and client standards.

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
2025, 2026
Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.

Work Location

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (In office)

Training & Salary




Training Period: 6 Months
Stipend During Training: ₹12,000/- per month
After successful completion of training, salary will be revised to ₹15,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month based on performance.
Annual salary revisions thereafter as per company policy.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates must sign a 2-year Service Agreement. The terms and conditions of the agreement will apply in case of early resignation.
