Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive growth.
Train, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and career development.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the purchasing team for stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and health and safety regulations.
Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.





Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or jewellery retail.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on sales targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
