We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – US Taxation to lead tax engagements, oversee compliance and advisory services, and drive excellence in client delivery. The role requires deep technical expertise, robust leadership, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and review preparation and filing of Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065 for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Lead end-to-end tax compliance processes, including data analysis, review, and finalization
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to optimize client tax positions
Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal and state tax returns
Manage client relationships, including handling complex queries and tax authority notices
Lead, mentor,



and develop teams; drive training and technical upskilling initiatives
Stay updated on evolving US tax laws and ensure firm-wide compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Drive process improvements, quality control, and efficiency across engagements

Qualifications
CA / CPA / Inter CA

Requirements
5+ years of experience in US Taxation
Robust expertise in Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065
In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Proven experience in team leadership and client management
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with tax software and advanced Excel skills
