Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced UI Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance the frontend of our development platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation, working knowledge of Python, and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP. The candidate should also possess team leadership experience, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to guide a team of 59 engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.
Design and implement reusable UI components following contemporary frontend development practices.
Develop and execute UI automation tests using Playwright.
Collaborate with backend developers using Python APIs and services.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment and integration.
Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.




Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Lead a team of 5–9 developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
Interact directly with clients on a daily basis to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings.

Required Skills
6–10 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
Experience in Playwright for UI automation testing.
Good programming knowledge in Python.
Basic to intermediate experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Robust understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading teams of 5–9 members.
