About the Role

Nethra Eye Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate digitization of patient records by scanning physical documents and uploading them into the hospital's digital system while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Scan patient records and other hospital documents with accuracy and clarity.
Upload scanned documents to the designated hospital management system.
Organize, index, and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.
Verify scanned documents to ensure completeness and quality.
Ensure all uploaded records are accurate and free from errors.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.




Coordinate with hospital staff to collect and organize documents for digitization.
Report any discrepancies or issues related to scanned records to the concerned supervisor.
Adhere to hospital policies and standard operating procedures for document management.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Good typing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to organize and manage documents efficiently.
Willingness to work from the hospital premises.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
