Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle of Oracle telecom product implementations from initiation through post-go-live support
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation
Proactively manage project scope creep with clear communication to all stakeholders
Build strong relationships with internal teams and client/vendor stakeholders
Prepare and deliver explicit project status reports to senior management and clients




Foster a high-performing project team workplace through clear direction and coaching

Requirements
PMP certification (mandatory)
8+ years of project management experience in telecommunications
Proven experience managing Oracle telecom product implementations (BSS/OSS)
Robust understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
Masters degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
Experience with MS Project and Jira
