Roles and Responsibility
Provide high-quality spa therapy treatments to guests.
Maintain a clean and protected environment for all spa activities.
Develop and implement recent spa treatment menus and techniques.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure all spa treatments meet company standards and policies.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in spa therapy or related field.
Robust knowledge of spa therapies, including massage, facials, and body treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with management principles and practices is an added advantage.
