We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking AI Solutions Engineer with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation. This role is pivotal in designing and deploying AI-driven systems that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and elevate client experience across sales, lettings, and property management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents to automate real estate workflows
Work with LLMs (e.g. Claude, GPT and similar models) to build scalable automation systems
Implement prompt engineering strategies and continuously optimise model outputs
Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, CRMs, and third-party property platforms
Develop automation across key areas, including:
Lead qualification and client engagement
Property recommendations and matching
Tenant and landlord communications
Compliance tracking and documentation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with UK regulations
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and PropTech trends
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in building or working with AI agents and LLM-based applications
Solid understanding of tools such as Claude, OpenAI (GPT), or equivalent platforms
Experience in prompt engineering, automation workflows, and API integrations
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working with data and system integrations
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Job Types: Full time, Part time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
