Lead technical delivery of telecom transformation projects as Delivery or Development Lead
Coordinate between component leads, architects, and product engineering to resolve design or blocking issues
Track tasks with component leads and provide regular delivery updates to the project manager
Report and highlight risks, working proactively on mitigation plans
Own the delivery technically from start to production release

Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT experience with solid telecom background
Extensive experience delivering Oracle BSS/OSS/CRM transformation projects
Positive technical understanding of at least one Oracle BSS/OSS/CRM stack product
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work as Technical PM or Delivery/Development Lead
