Roles
Support day-to-day accounting and financial operations
Assist senior accountants and finance team in task execution
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks

Responsibility
Prepare and assist in financial statements and MIS reports
Record and process invoices, bills, and journal entries
Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
Assist in payroll processing and salary tracking
Track business expenses, reimbursements, and documentation
Help in contract preparation and follow-ups (DocuSign/Adobe Sign)
Communicate with clients for basic accounting queries
Assist in audits and verification of financial documents
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance preferred)
0–2 years of experience in accounting (Freshers welcome)
Basic understanding of accounting principles & bookkeeping
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)




Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Willingness to work in night shift (9 PM – 5 AM IST)

Positive to Have (Optional)
Exposure to US Accounting or international clients
Knowledge of GST, TDS, or basic taxation
Familiarity with Google Sheets and online tools
Basic understanding of audit processes
