Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role perfect for someone who loves visual storytelling and digital outreach. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing eye-catching visuals using Canva and AI tools, managing our LinkedIn content calendar, and executing bulk email marketing campaigns using our dedicated internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design high-quality, on-brand graphics and visual assets specifically tailored for Whinta.
- Utilize Canva and cutting-edge AI design tools to speed up production and maintain high creative standards.
- Social Media Management:
- Own the creation and scheduling of approximately 20 LinkedIn posts per month.
- Write engaging captions and design accompanying graphics that drive professional engagement.
- Email Marketing Execution:
- Set up and launch bulk email marketing campaigns using Whinta’s dedicated internal email tools.




- Collaborate on basic email copy and layout designs to optimize open and click-through rates.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Design Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Canva is mandatory. Familiarity with generative AI design tools
- Platform Knowledge: A solid understanding of LinkedIn content formats, algorithms, and best practices for corporate/skilled audiences.
- Marketing Mindset: Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (sender reputation, subject lines, formatting). Prior experience with bulk mailing tools is a distinct advantage.
- Execution Focus: Ability to multitask between creative design and the technical setup of email campaigns.
- Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or sample work (graphics, social media posts, or past email designs) is highly encouraged.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
