We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Site Supervisor with Diploma in Civil Engineering to oversee construction activities in office, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidate should be located in and around Pala, Thodupuzha or Kottayam.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
- Resolve on-site issues and handle unexpected challenges efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
