Responsibilities

- Source and screen potential candidates for IT requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build relationships with consultants and clients.
- Support recruitment and bench sales activities for US-based requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh Graduates Only.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US Timings).
- Basic computer knowledge.
