Role Overview:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s financial records and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. This role involves handling daily accounting operations such as journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings, payroll, and financial reporting. The candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records

· Post journal entries and update financial statements regularly

· Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Process and manage monthly payroll





· Help to prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

· Help to handle TDS and TCS compliance

· Prepare and review financial reports

· Perform account and bank reconciliations

· Reconcile vendor ledgers and accounts payable

· Assist in tax return preparation and audit activities

· Maintain and update accounting systems (ERP/Tally)

· Support cross-functional teams with accurate financial data

· Stay updated with changes in tax laws and compliance requirements

· Perform other accounting duties as assigned
