We're Hiring | Senior Associate – Investment Banking & Debt Syndication Location: ChennaiAt Aikyam Capital, we're expanding our Investment Banking team and looking for a passionate, analytical, and driven finance professional to contribute to high-impact debt syndication and structured finance transactions.If you have 3–5 years of experience in Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Raising, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced industry leaders on complex financing mandates across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities Execute debt syndication and structured finance transactions. Build robust financial models, valuation analyses, and credit assessment models. Prepare Pitch Books, Information Memorandums (IMs), Teasers, and Investor Presentations. Support debt raising, refinancing, restructuring, and capital raise mandates. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors, legal advisors,



and internal stakeholders for seamless transaction execution. Conduct market research, due diligence, industry analysis, and end-to-end transaction support.Preferred Qualifications MBA / PGPM (Finance) from a reputed institution. CA / CFA / FRM qualifications will be an added advantage. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, or Transaction Advisory.
