- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Technical background is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Maintenance or Production departments are also encouraged to apply.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and recent suppliers.
- Negotiate basic pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with stores, production, maintenance, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Verify purchase invoices,



delivery challans, and related procurement documents.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP/Excel purchase data.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in avoiding stock shortages.
- Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Possess basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial components.
- Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Be willing to travel for vendor visits whenever required.
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
