Supportive function,

- To assist vessel with prefilled inventory forms so that masters are relived of administrative work of data entry.
- To assist Manager by providing them provisions consumptions data for analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit month‑end reports within the specified timelines
- Ensure all reports are ready a minimum of five days before the assigned submission deadline.
- Close follow-up on invoices post supply. For any other escalations follow up with operations team.
- Maintain an updated Excel record of all invoices received, and ensure that delivery note receipts are properly documented and filed.
- Ensure accuracy of all delivery notes and invoices, and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain and review monthly Inventory and Mandays reports.
- Verify the accuracy of month‑end reporting and ensure timely checking and updating of monthly consumption figures for all vessels.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

- Education: Graduation from Commerce stream.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Shore based catering management accounting.
- Specific Business Knowledge: basic accounting, excel efficiency, analytical knowledge, effective communication.
