Position Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented IT Recruiter responsible for managing end to end recruitment for IT and technical roles. The candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring qualified professionals for various technology positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other professional networks
Handle end to end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening,



interview coordination and offer management
Coordinate with technical teams for interview scheduling and feedback collection
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers accurately
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process
