- Solution Customization: Modifying products or designing custom technical solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Sales Support & Strategy: Assisting sales staff by providing technical information, preparing cost estimates, and creating proposals.
- Market Feedback: Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (R&D;, product development) to inform future product improvements.
