Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end post-sales process from booking to possession
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate agreement, registration, and home loan documentation
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection tracking
- Generate demand letters and maintain payment records
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams
- Maintain accurate data in CRM software
- Prepare MIS reports and customer status reports
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines
- Assist in possession process and handover formalities

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales process
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Experience in CRM software / ERP systems
- Strong follow-up and collection handling ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MIS reporting
- Customer relationship management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in handling residential projects preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
