Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Executive. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, preparing financial reports, and assisting in audits. The role also involves liaising with clients to resolve financial queries, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and contributing to process improvements within the accounting function.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting & bookkeeping activities
- Maintain financial records, invoices,



and documentation
- Handle accounts payable & receivable entries
- Support GST and VAT compliance and basic taxation tasks
- Prepare regular MIS reports for internal tracking
- Perform bank & ledger reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

Qualifications

- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Experience with compliance standards, audit processes, and international financial regulations
- Solid understanding of Tally, Zohobooks, QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or international trade industry is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
