Key Responsibilities

A. Client Management & Conversion

● Handle allocated Luxe clients independently — driving design-to-order conversion from first consultation to closure.

● Engage and build relationships with architects and interior designers to drive project referrals and conversions.

● Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.

● Present designs persuasively and close design iterations efficiently — minimising revision cycles.

B. Design, Layout & Visualisation

● Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

● Develop accurate 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp / 3ds Max or equivalent tools.

● Create high-quality rendered visuals for client presentations — reflecting materials, finishes, and spatial intent.

● Take site measurements and create design layouts that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.

● Maintain drawing version control — ensuring latest approved files are always on record.

C. Material Selection & Upselling





● Guide clients through premium material and finish selections aligned with their brief and budget.

● Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements to maximise project value.

● Ensure all selections are commercially aligned and feasible within Homedge's modules and pricing frameworks.

D. Multi-Project Ownership

● Own multiple Luxe projects simultaneously — ensuring timely design sign-offs and zero delays.

● Work within Homedge systems, modules, and pricing frameworks across all assigned projects.

● Ensure zero-defect designs by adhering to Homedge technical and quality guidelines at every stage.

E. Coordination & Execution Handover

● Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate and complete design handover.

● Visit project sites to resolve technical concerns, product doubts, and installation-related issues.

● Coordinate with architects and site stakeholders during furniture installation phases.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
