We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Specialist with 3 - 8 Years Experience ,for KUWAIT Location

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft infrastructure and enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft System Center applications, Group Policy, virtualization, and hybrid cloud services. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, infrastructure security knowledge, and experience supporting business-critical Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments across on-premises and hybrid infrastructure.
- Install, configure, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot Windows servers.
- Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including:
- Users, groups, and organizational units
- Group Policy Objects , Domain controllers, DNS and DHCP,Active Directory replication
- Authentication and access controls
- Manage Microsoft System Center applications, including SCCM/MECM, SCOM, SCVMM, or related platforms.
- Perform server health checks, capacity monitoring, performance tuning, and availability management.
- Manage Microsoft application and operating system updates, security patches,



and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor infrastructure alerts, system logs, security events, and application availability.
- Troubleshoot complex server, network, authentication, application, and integration issues.
- Maintain infrastructure security according to organizational policies and industry standards.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, modernization, and cloud integration projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, system diagrams, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with application, network, database, cybersecurity, and service desk teams.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Other relevant Microsoft infrastructure or cloud certifications

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
