We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Draughtsman with 2–3 years of experience to prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in drafting software, understand architectural standards and building regulations, and work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop and modify CAD drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Produce working drawings, submission drawings, and shop drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and design changes.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
- Support project teams during planning, design, and execution phases.
- Ensure timely completion of drafting tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM concepts (preferred)
- Understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction detailing




- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman.
- Experience in preparing residential, commercial, or industrial project drawings.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with architectural or construction firms.
- Basic understanding of building codes and approval processes.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or Lumion is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹246,339.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
