Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including ducting, Piping, ventilation systems, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Ensure execution complies with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines to avoid work conflicts.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.

Planning & Coordination

- Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely availability at site.

Quality Control

- Ensure installation quality meets project specifications and company standards.
- Prepare inspection requests (IRs) and support testing and commissioning activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Prepare material requisitions and monitor material consumption.
- Assist in preparing work completion reports and project documentation.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and handing-over documents.

Testing & Commissioning Support





- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
- Verify system readiness before commissioning.
- Support troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical Engineering.
- HVAC-related certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential, or high-rise building projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and equipment installation.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project planning software (MS Project/Primavera) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
