Dreamiens Wealth Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the financial services industry and possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, or Insurance (Mandatory)
- Any Graduate
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and financial services
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Support and guide team members whenever required.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
