We’re looking for an exceptional Motion Graphic Artist who can create high-quality, visually sharp, story-led short-form content. What you’ll do

- Concept, design, animate, and edit high-performance short-form video content for digital and social platforms.
- Translate briefs, rough ideas, scripts, and references into polished motion-led creative with strong pacing, transitions, typography, and storytelling.
- Build visually compelling edits that demonstrate clear narrative flow, strong rhythm, and an instinctive sense of what makes content engaging.
- Independently develop creative directions, not just execute instructions, and bring new ideas to the table during the ideation stage.
- Match reference quality with precision while adapting output to brand goals, campaign objectives, and platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver multiple assets across campaigns with speed and consistency.

What we’re looking for

- A strong command of motion design, video editing, visual storytelling, and short-form content creation.
- Must intuitively understand editing language and narrative beats.




- Must be self-directed in ideation, not just execution.
- Must be able to match reference level.
- Strong sense of timing, pace, typography, composition, transitions, and audiovisual rhythm.
- Ability to take a loose brief or visual reference and transform it into a transparent, elevated creative output with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong understanding of what performs on modern digital platforms, especially short-form vertical video formats.
- High attention to detail and a strong eye for craft, polish, and finish.

Requirements

- Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a closely related creative role.
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and iterations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback quickly.
- Portfolio link is mandatory.
- Only applicants with a strong motion design and editing portfolio will be considered.
- Portfolio must clearly demonstrate short-form content, motion graphics, editing quality, and storytelling ability.

Pay: ₹48,062.67 - ₹70,215.44 per month
