Your duties will include but may not be limited to the following.

US IT Recruiter

- Ability to interact with our recruiting managers and qualify job order
- Ability to search / identify right candidates for appropriate positions based on the resource technical skills sets.
- Strong experience interviewing the candidates thoroughly on their technical skills.
- Knowledge on the USA tax terms like Corp-Corp ( C2C ), W2, 1099
- Experience working with Internet based job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
- Knowledge of open recruiting tools.
- Good understanding on different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2;, GC, TN.
- Positive resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the team.
- Good understanding on the various IT technologies in Recruitment Industry and broad understanding on how the market works, etc.
- Hands on experience in Sales & Marketing
- Hardworking, good attitude and eager to learn new things
